W arm isn't the first word associated with London in the winter. Bleak, dreary, drab and gray are much further up the list. Yet warm is the best way to describe London's annual gathering of the iGaming community. Affiliate managers greet webmasters, old and new, with warmth and joy at the London Affiliate Conference. Industry veterans rekindle old friendships in cozy pubs over mugs of beer and mulled wine. Fire & Ice provides sizzle to the party scene. Camaraderie marks the iGB Affiliate Awards. And the hotel bars overflow with noise, energy and laughter. In an industry where webmasters frequently work alone and collaborate with partners in distant lands, the amount of warmth generated by February's iGaming events is truly remarkable.
