IMPARTING INFORMATION You might have the best brand in the world with high-quality traffic, but if you can’t put this across to an operator, then you won’t get the best deal. Communicating this information in the right way is key if you want to get that deal. Read the person’s body language, and understand what’s most important to them while you pitch. You’ll be able to tell if someone is interested or just listening politely — or not listening at all. Keep your pitch short, sharp and succinct. Remember the Power of Three: It’s the easiest number of things we can remember. Leave the conversation with three points the person will be able to remember and connect with your brand about. Make sure your pitch is pitch perfect, in both quality and quantity. There’s no point rambling on about your brand and Adding value is the name of the game.
