However, don’t do what I did, and burn yourself out . Hours are not ever enough. Even in night time, you want to explore more and more. There are many newcomers in the industry who want to take a piece of your pie. Some weeks are light- er than others, but I am off 10 weeks in the summer and a month in winter. I work for a major affiliate as an editor, which funds my own personal website. Therefore, my time is spent 50/50. However, as people have said, 8 hours a day isn’t enough to get everything done - not even close. It all depends on how happy you are with where you’re at.
