FROM THE FORUMS I genuinely feel like no deposit traffic is basically worthless . It’s nothing to brag about , converts very low and when it does, it’s low value . #5 mediapartner 19 April 2021, 3:29 p.m. Public Member My experience has been bad with no depos- it traffic. As an affiliate it can be good for your traffic stats, but the conversion is terrible most of the time. “ Reply With Quote #6 universal4 19 April 2021, 6:14 p.m. Forum Administrator Originally Posted by wolfie “I don’t understand the part about the brands targeting the player to deposit after the cookie duration. Either way, free spins and no deposit traffic is not very valuable and take a lot of clicks to get a decent player, if you ever get one.” Agree with this point. If the casino is going to target the no depos- it traffic after you send it, they can NOT do so without the traffic signing up FIRST and providing the email so they can later target them, no matter what the cookie time is. If the operator you are working with fails to give you credit for the deposits after you sent the signup, don’t work with that operator. If the visitor returns to the operator as a type- in and signs up and the cookie has expired, then that is free traffic to them, and although affiliates might want to still get credit for the signup, the sale was not originally made when the visitor was first sent, or they would have already signed up during the previous visit and had been tagged to the affiliate. I agree with the general sentiment that no deposit traffic can gain depositing traffic. Overall, the value is usually much lower. It is a numbers thing though, and if you gain enough there will be some real long-term players scattered in the numbers. “ Reply With Quote #7 econfox 19 April 2021, 6:20 p.m. Private Member No deposit is neither good or bad. It is a mat- ter of how to spend your time. I have run a couple of no deposit campaigns that were successful in signing up a lot of new players. However, the conversion rate was lower than deposit customers. Much lower. I was able to do this on a sporting event that I have run campaigns for both deposit and no deposit. The residual income of the de- positing customers was far better than the no deposit customers. “ Reply With Quote #8 PROFRBcom 20 April 2021, 11:18 a.m. Private Member No deposit traffic and/or free bankroll traffic is not nearly as valuable as “normal” traffic. However, if you happen to be the only affiliate offering such a deal (i.e. you get an exclu- sive), then it has value. How much, of course, is debatable, but any time you can leverage your position with an operator and get some- thing that no other affiliate is offering, you win financially-speaking. “ Reply With Quote G P W A t i m e s . o r g 16
