ummit 2026 Malta has long held a special place on the iGaming calendar, and in April, it delivered its strongest showing yet as SBC Summit Malta returned for its largest edition. The numbers backed it up. A record-breaking 6,000 industry professionals filled the InterContinental Hotel from 28–30 April, with operators and affiliates making up 65% of the rooms. Attendees traveled from 65 countries, and the show’s standing as a serious industry hub was underlined by the presence of senior policymakers, including Minister Silvio Schembri and Dr. Alex Agius Saliba. “We’re incredibly proud of how this edition came together,” said Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC. “Delivering record attendance while maintaining such strong audience quality is a huge achievement, and we’re grateful to everyone who contributed to making it such a positive and collaborative experience for the industry.” From back-to-back meetings on the exhibition floor to the golf tournament, boat party, and SBC Awards Europe, the week delivered exactly the mix of business and connection the industry has come to expect from Malta.
