What did you do before you joined the online gaming industry? For 20 years I managed a bowling center. I finally de- cided that 70- to 80-hour work weeks weren’t forme. I took about amonth off and went to work for a hospital in food service. In October 2009 I quit that and went towork full-timeatGamTrak. How long do you give yourself for re- sponding to e-mail? And what e-mail management tips can you offer? Since I’m thepoint of call forGamTrak I trynot to let it get too full.
