Full-time affiliates operate more sites, work on sites that have more employees, and work longer hours. But the “full-time” and “part-time” labels defy traditional definitions for some affiliates. Thirty-one percent of “full-time” affiliates spend less than 30 hours a week, while nearly 10 percent of the “part-time” affiliates spend more than 40 hours a week slaving away on their sites.
