Poker was the favorite pastime, with more than 56 percent of our affiliates playing at least one hand of online poker last year. Nearly as many tried their luck in an online casino. A nyone who frequents the GPWA message boards won’t be surprised to learn that the number of female affiliate managers is greater than the number of female affiliates. But even we were surprised how big the difference was in our survey. The percentage of affiliate managers that were female was nearly four times the percentage of affiliates that were female. Affiliate managers are also younger, more likely to be “living in sin” (unmarried, but living with their partner) and to have cried during a movie. 39
