How about in an affiliate program? Communication is most im- portant from an affiliate manager, along with eagerness to supply promotional materials and exclusive bonus offers, etc. From the affiliate program it’s all about honesty, being grateful for the revenue we bring them and being compensated for our performance. What’s your preferred method of com- munication with affiliate managers? Do you like to talk on the phone, by e-mail or via Skype? I think I prefer e-mail as my method of communication as the affiliate managers really like to put on the pressure for better positioning throughSkype. What prompted you to join the GPWA? How has it helped you? I joined the GPWAbecause it isanabundant sourceof information. It’swhere I gobeforeadding any partners. I also automatically get the latest content through liking theGPWA’s Facebook page, which has helpedme the most. What do you like about the industry? I think it’s a really fun industry. There is never a dull moment. Lots to learn and know. I just love it!! Have you attended any online gambling conferences? My brother is the one who attends all the conferences. I get all the updates fromhim. If you could change one thing about the industry, what would it be? For the bad operators to be more honest. This would bringonlinegaming toawholenew level.
