How did you get into the online casino gaming indus- try? Before joining the gambling industry on the operator side, I was a self-employed affiliate, managing several gaming and nongaming affiliate websites for German-speaking markets. After attending a networking event I was offered a role as an affiliate manager for a brand. I am always up for something new and challenging, so I decided to join and see what all the fuss was about. After joining I found it very interesting to discover the behind-the-scenes and the whole process for an iGaming company. What makes Fair Play Partners stand out from other affiliate programs? I think the most outstanding point is our efficiency and ability to adapt to every situation in the shortest time possible. Fair Play Partners offers some very unique products, which I can’t get into now, but I can say you could get your own tournament today. What are the biggest challenges that come along with being an affiliate manager? I think the biggest challenge is to meet the expectations of the company and the affiliate at the same time. For example, both the com- pany and the affiliate want great revenues, which means you have to constantly juggle between the two. Managing both sides is tough, but making each as happy as the other is a trick in itself. Fair Play Partners offers up to 60% in revenue shares. How did you decide on this commission model?
