Because I work from the office, I still use a laptop with an extended regular big monitor next to it, but, for sure, my smartphone is really an essential part of my work and all my e-mail boxes are synced to it. iPhone or Android? If we were a fly on the wall, what are some of the topics of conversation we’d hear about at the water cooler? I think it’s amazing to work with both land-based and online businesses side-by-side. For example, we have a weekly marketing meeting where the executives from both businesses come together to share their accomplishments from last week and plans for the upcoming period. It’s fun and engaging, but also very educational and motivating. Have you had a chance to attend any gambling industry conferences? I have had a chance to attend many affiliate and iGaming conferences, including LAC, ICE, BAC and G2E. What do you wish you could change about the industry? Like many others, I would like to see more innovation around the products and their delivery. The technol- ogy gives us all the opportunities for that. Where do you think the industry will be in five years? In five years, the industry is going to be much more advanced and more interesting from an entertainment perspective. Of course, there will be many more markets that are restricting operators from offering their products if they have no license, which is eventually good because it raises the quality in the industry. We want to attract serious affiliate partners, and we are constantly working to grow our affiliate partner base. If every month revenue share is performance-based, then it keeps affiliates more hands-on, which will lead to a win-win situation for both parties with higher commissions.
