Colliding with certain juridical nuances in different countries, you realize that you waste a whole lot of time on very simple things. Where do you think the industry will be in the next five years? As my modest experience shows, the industry is developing rapidly, and it will go on developing further. I judge by the exhibitions’ content and the competition we experience, and believe me, within our field it is very intense. How does Friends of 7 work to retain players sent by affiliates? And what are the best ways for affil- iates to help attract new depositing players? Our product has been on the market since May 2018. However, a special team of our CRM managers constantly analyzes the quality of all the traffic we work with and works directly with players. As for the best way for the affiliate to perform, it is an opportunity to make a special offer, the one that obviously differs from the competitors’ propositions. Players really love that. What are the keys to building and maintaining an effective relationship with affiliates? Honesty, openness and a little patience. How has Friends of 7 benefited from its partner- ship with the GPWA? The GPWA is a well-known portal throughout the industry. It is a respect claim for any site that features your validation. It is a pleasure to get feedback from the affiliates saying, “We came to you because we’ve read about you on the portal. And the GPWA won’t misadvise.” Do you gamble yourself? I am not a gambling person by nature. As a child I used to play cards for ice cream. I try not to miss the affiliate- themed events . They are the most efficient way to discuss everything with partners and to gain new acquaintances , which is of tremendous importance .
