| GPWA Times 59 Another example is our “Gold Rush” con- test, where each player can win Gold Bul- lion everymonth! All he has to do is make a minimum unique deposit and wait for the result. This one is my favorite, actually. We also keep working on our payout terms; we do our best to make this pro- cess faster and will keep shortening it until it satisfies even the most demand- ing customers. We also offer the option of VIP status to our customers. VIP customers re- ceive all kinds of benefits and special bonuses. But even apart from our VIP service, we really take a personal approach and of- fer 24/7 support to all Luck3 clients. What is the most rewarding aspect to being an affiliate manager? Oh, I love to communicate with people, make new friends and contacts, and learn from people! Apart from that, the most pleas- ant reward for me is to see the results of my work. Please tell us about your background. Where did you grow up,and go to school? Where are you living now? And how did you end up there? I was born in Riga City (the beautiful capital of Latvia), finished school in Riga, afterwards lived in Israel, and in September 2008 came back to Lat- via again for a couple of years – maybe for more :). By chance, Luck3’s Riga office was looking for affiliate/marketing man- agers, so I ended up here, in Europe. I am very happy here for now, although I miss Israel madly. What songs are currently on your iPod (or MP3 player)? Aerosmith songs, Bob Mar- ley songs, lots of different folk music. What is your favorite movie? And why? All the Indiana Jones movies. I’ve had a passion for adventures and traveling since I was a little girl, and Indiana Jones woke up this mad desire for adventures, challenges, and changes. If you could have dinner with three other people, living or dead, who would they be and why? I would invite President Obama, Vladimir Putin, and the Prime Minister of China in order to offer them the opportunity to become our Affiliate Partners and promote Luck3 Online Ca- sino in their countries :) Please describe your ideal day off. Sin- cerely, every day of my life I would dedi- cate to traveling, visiting new places on Earth, and meeting lots of new and dif- ferent people. I’d use every single opportunity to travel somewhere I’ve never been before. What are three things that no one knows about you? I am confused by this ques- tion :) There are things that people don’t believe I have: problems, worries, fears, and complexes, although I do have all of them, like everyone else. I guess I never show any of this. I keep smiling and working to improve myself and the things around me. I try to stay positive as much as I can in any situation. Affiliate Manager Interview Series
