Honoring August's active members
The GPWA is happy to announce our 21-most-active members for the month of August. As was the case in previous months, we are showing our appreciation to these members by linking to their sites from our home page. An extra special thanks goes to Universal4, one of August's most-active members. His site will be the featured site on the home page for the month of September. We'd also like to recognize mynuw and itay for making their first appearances on the monthly list.

InterCasino, InterPoker obtain Malta license
InterCasino and InterPoker have been granted online casino gaming and online poker licenses from the government of Malta. The acquisition of the Maltese licenses will allow the sites to advertise in the U.K.

Everest Poker launches September promotion
Everest Poker just announced that it would be hosting a special promotion during the month of September. Everest Poker's Survive The Workweek is a series of online poker tournaments hosted every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night at 19:00 GMT beginning this week.

PokerStars offers instant deposit method
PokerStars, the largest online poker room still accepting U.S. players, recently unveiled its newest depositing option - Instant eChecks - to a limited number of American players. Instant eChecks represents the first instant depositing option since NETeller stopped offering its popular INSTAcash service and pulled out of the U.S. market.

Belle Rock Entertainment releases new slots
