Bill that would regulate online poker introduced
Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) introduced legislation this week that would legally define poker as a skill game and create a regulatory environment for the game to be offered over the Internet in the United States.

Judge grants continuance in Kentucky domain case
Last week's court hearing to determine the fates of 141 online gambling domains that the Commonwealth of Kentucky is attempting to seize was continued to give online gambling sites and other interests a chance to either prepare their cases or settle the lawsuit.
