Kentucky appeals court blocks seizure of domains
In a 2-1 decision, the Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday that the state could not seize 141 online gambling domains because they are not considered gambling devices.

Facebook enjoyed its busiest day in the U.K. on Christmas when it accounted for 4.65% of all U.K. Internet traffic.

The "Places I've Played" Facebook application lets players you refer share with their friends the online and land-based places where they've gambled. And when their friends visit the online gambling sites they mention, you earn affiliate revenue.
