Announcements
Syntryx data now available to GPWA members
We're pleased to announce that we have partnered with Syntryx to provide some very interesting information to GPWA members. Syntryx provides data about websites to those involved in affiliate marketing, and many iGaming affiliate programs use information from Syntryx to find affiliates with which to work. GPWA members can now see much of the information Syntryx makes available to affiliate programs about their sites. I think the information is very interesting, and provides a lot of metrics about how your sites look to others.

Reorganizing the forums
Based on feedback from members, we've created a new forum dedicated to fun diversions like videos, music, jokes and other similar topics. We've also reorganized and restructured the order of forums within the public section of the GPWA Web site. Changes always have their good and their bad aspects. Hopefully the forum changes we made will be for the better overall. Please let us know what you think.

Check out our new forum for APCW videos
We've created a new forum within the GPWA dedicated to the APCW. Now all of the posts of new APCW Perspectives Tuesday and APCW Perspectives Friday videos are collected together in one convenient place. After all, with the APCW and GPWA being sister organizations, we figured it is only appropriate to create a little extra visibility for the APCW and the APCW videos here.

New forum for help with affiliate programs
We've created a new forum for private GPWA members to request help when a sponsor affiliate program has not responded to a request in a timely fashion. Normally private members can post requests for help in a sponsor program's forum, and an affiliate program representative will respond in a timely fashion. But sometimes requests fall between the cracks. This forum is a new way to help insure this type of situation is addressed.

Question-of-the-week
How do you navigate the GPWA forums?
There are a few ways to look through the GPWA forums. If you click on "Forums" in the site's top navigation, or click on the "Forum Home" subitem, you are taken to a list of all of the different forum topic areas, and can look at posts within the different areas. Or you can click on "New Posts" or "Today's Posts" under the forum's top navigation to see a chronological list of posts since your last visit to the sites or new posts in the last 24 hours. How do you look at the forums? Do you navigate from the forum home page looking through the forums by topic, or do you look at a chronological list of recent posts? Or do you do a bit of both? View poll

New MessageTime to end this free spin nonsense?
vinism writes:
There's a great discussion going in the forums right now regarding free spin promotions. GPWA member pumacat started the discussion with this:

"I think the attempt to get new players to sign up and deposit via the '$1000 free and one hour to win as much as you can' is just about over. As an affiliate I no longer promote such deals because it (affects) my credibility as a webmaster..."

The discussion then moved into what these ads/promotions should say, including some valuable input from other webmasters AND affiliate program representatives and one agreement on a custom landing page. So please stop on by and join the discussion. read more
