How much exercise do you get each week?
In a recent discussion about insomnia, it was noted that exercising on a regular basis makes it a lot easier to get a good amount of sleep. Webmastering, in general, is a pretty sedentary job. And when you throw in the fact that many affiliates are working long and crazy hours, and frequently working other jobs, it can be tough to squeeze in work out time. How much time do you spend each week exercising? And what kind of exercising do you do? This will help affiliates in selecting the correct banners for their Web sites/promotions and affiliate managers to create better converting creative for the affiliates.

The following rules of thumb generally define good banners:
- Easy to load
- Prominent and clear call to action
- Good ad copy
- Eye catching
- Simplicity of layout
