Will Barney Frank's Internet Gambling bill pass in the House this year?
Earlier today Barney Frank's bill HR 2267 to regulate online gambling passed out of committee by a vote of 41 to 22. In order to become law, the bill still needs to be passed on the House floor and approved by the Senate before there is an actual bill that can be signed by the president.
