How do you pay your employees?

I am curious as to how affiliates compensate employees. Starting out, I was helping a forum owner and he told me to get new brands and post them up, set up promotions, and I would keep all earnings from the players I signed. Some larger affiliate portals/networks have true employees and pay them a percentage of profits or a salary. How do you handle it with your business? Most casinos pay 25-50 percent of players' net revenue, but they also owe commission to the software operator (Microgaming, Playtech, etc.). If your affiliate program pays you 50 percent of players' losses, you really get 25 percent or less. Am I right? read more
