The Department of Justice has indicted the founders of PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker on charges of bank fraud, money laundering, illegal gambling offenses and violating the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act.

PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker to regain domains
PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker have reached a deal with the Department of Justice that allows them to regain their domain names in return for blocking U.S. real-money play and returning money to American players.

Still a little tweaking to do but man not how I envisioned spending my weekend! Only plus to this whole thing is if I get 25% of the signups that had come through my site today through search it may offset my loss to AP and UB. Search way up.
