Part of PokerStars' $547 million settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice will be used to pay American players money owed by Full Tilt Poker.

Would you promote a Nevada online poker site accepting only local players?
A combined one-time application and registration fee of $3,000 along with the required application information, including fingerprints, would be required to become a licensed affiliate under proposed Nevada regulations. Only licensed affiliates would be able to earn a share of revenue for players they refer. But GPWA Executive Director Michael Corfman believes anyone could be compensated as an advertiser (most likely on a CPM or CPC basis).
