Larger businesses tend to establish goals, provide funds to achieve specific objectives, and review and evaluate how they performed against those goals. Small businesses often have a very informal process, and sometimes no regular review and assessment is performed. How do casinos arrive at their net revenue figure? Some casinos charge as high as 28 percent of gross revenue in administrative fees whereas others charge under 20 percent. Is it legitimate that some casinos charge much more than others in fees? And how are 'bonus costs' calculated? If a player receives a bonus is the full value of the bonus deducted from payments due even if they don't clear it?
