How long does it take you to collect affiliate earnings?
Many affiliate programs pay promptly like clockwork. But payments can be delayed for a whole variety of reasons. How long on average does it take you to collect payment for your affiliate earnings? Please share the reasons that contribute to delays in receiving payments. Is it deferral due to minimums or to waiting longer to minimize payment processing fees? Is it administrative delays on your end or on the part of affiliate programs? Is it problems with payment processors? I've been clearing out my content folder and I noticed that I have a bunch of unused reviews for programs that have either closed or had their affiliate programs closed before I got around to adding them. So what do the rest of you do with this kind of stuff? Bin it? Use it to pad out a site even though it's useless? Bung them all together on a blog and use it for links? read more
