Revel Casino in New Jersey ran a promotion that offered gamblers a refund on losses between $100 and $100,000. Some advantage players devised a strategy that guaranteed they would come out winners. But even though the players never violated the rules, the players were told that their losses would not be refunded. The players filed a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
