Graham proposes another bill to ban iGaming
The proposed legislation by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) would restore an earlier interpretation of the Wire Act that the U.S. Department of Justice negated in 2011.

Barton introduces Internet Poker Freedom Act
The legislation proposed by Rep. Joe Barton (R-Texas) would regulate online poker at the federal level. It also includes a mandate to implement technology that prohibits underage players and provides aid for problem gamblers.
