Attorney General Lisa Madigan determined daily fantasy sports is illegal under state law, saying that it does not matter whether it is luck or skill, since both are unlawful in Illinois.

Amaya to appeal ruling by Kentucky trial court

The largest gaming affiliate conference in the world is just over a month away (the London Affiliate Conference), as is the largest gaming industry conference in the world (ICE Totally Gaming, also taking place in London). Clarion Gaming, which runs ICE, recently acquired iGaming Business, which runs LAC. In future years it will be interesting to see if the shows remain distinct or merge together.
