Do you think U.K. affiliates should be subject to the same legislation as operators when it comes to marketing, or should they run the risk of facing a fine like BGO? BGO got a 300,000 GBP fine, but their affiliates received no penalty even though they were referenced in the case. The onus is on the operator to ensure affiliates act responsibly.
