Affiliates acquiring players in the U.K. are now subject to the same Advertising Standards Authority guidelines as operators. And with the recent fines levied against 888 and the adverse publicity for gambling affiliates, U.K. licensed operators are ramping up efforts to ensure affiliates are in full compliance with applicable advertising standards. So, today we ask if you have received email notices from affiliate programs regarding the advertising requirements, and if you need to make any changes to your sites to comply with the requirements outlined by affiliate programs in these notices.
