Similar to New Jersey, Pennsylvania will be licensing affiliates and marketing partners. Two key differences to note are the required application fee, even at the CPA level, and the "certification fee" every five years. Safe to say, if you wish to be part of the regulated affiliate market in the U.S. you will need to be serious, organized and compliant with regulations. Thoughts? read more
