Have you ever needed to recover lost data using a backup?
There are many reasons one might need to recover data from a backup. After suffering from a ransomware attack this past week, backups are on our mind much more than usual. We were lucky that we do maintain good backups of all of our data files, so there are no data files we couldn't recover, but even so, the recovery process can be painful. So for this week's poll, we ask if you have ever needed to rely on a backup system to restore data. Besides voting in the poll, share your opinion of keeping backups and any strategies you employ.
