A couple weeks ago, we received an email from Bing Webmaster Tools announcing the launch of Microsoft Clarity, a free tool for webmasters showing how visitors use your site. We particularly noticed the mention of heatmaps. Typically, they visualize the most popular (hot) and unpopular (cold) elements of a webpage using colors on a scale from red to blue.
