Last Thursday, Elon Musk acquired Twitter in a $44 billion deal and made the now-famous tweet "The Bird is Freed." The first day, Musk, who refers to himself as the Chief Twit, promptly fired the previous CEO, CFO, and head legal and policy officer with rumors substantial cutbacks across the company will be forthcoming.
