MGA cancels Winners Malta Operations Limited's license Winners Malta Operations must settle outstanding fees due to the Malta Gaming Authority and refund all player monies to the legitimate players accordingly.  In a memorandum last week, the Belgian expertise center for gambling is looking for the minimum age for all forms of gambling in the country to be raised to 21 years old.
