Ksa reprimands 711 over withdrawal restrictions The Dutch Gaming Authority says the online gambling operator improperly required some customers to wager deposited funds before they could withdraw them. Changes in commission terms, regulatory restrictions, or the closure of a program can have a substantial impact on affiliates who receive a large share of their revenue from that program.
